How do I submit an Order Quotation?
Requesting an Order Quotation could not be easier - you are
under no obligation. Just select the items you are interested in
by clicking the “Request For Quotation ” button. You may continue browsing and
select as many items as you want. When your have finished all your
selections click the “Submit” button, fill out the
“Customer Information“ form and select “Request For Quotation“.
This will generate an e-mail to Lanna Classic Design which we
will respond to promptly. Please see "Privacy" below.
What happens after I submit a Request For Quotation?
When you submit a Request for Quotation our web site
generates an e-mail which is sent immediately to us. On receipt
of this e-mail we will calculate the cost of the requested items
and send you, via e-mail, a Written Quotation. This usually
occurs within 1 to 2 business days.
Do I have to use the Automated Ouotation System?
No, just send us a list of the items you are interested in via e-mail or fax and we'll take care of the rest.
What happens next?
If the Quotation is to your liking merely sign and return it
to us via e-mail or fax. On receipt of your down payment we will
begin the production of your order. Throughout the process we
will keep you informed of your orders progress via e-mail.
I'd rather have a Price List / Catalog, is this possible?
No problem, just use the "Request Catalog / Price List " link on the bottom of the left pane. We will
send the Price Lists via e-mail attachment in an Adobe PDF format and a link where you may download the Catalogs.
What are your Minimum Orders?

What is the Difference between FOB BKK and Ex Works?
FOB BKK - We take care of everything! We fumigate as per
your countries requirements, pack your items in 5-layer shipping
cartons, transport your order to the Port of Bangkok for
shipment, include all relevant shipping documentation ( Bill of
Lading, Custom Documentation, Export License, Form A or C/O,
Fumigation Certificate, etc.) and pay all the required Fees on
our end (Port Packing Charge and Surrender Fee, Shipper Service
Charge, CFC and TFC Fees).
Ex Works - Designed for those customers who have an agent here
in Thailand and for smaller orders. In the case of those with
smaller orders we will handle all of the packing, transport and
documentation requirements on an "at cost" basis, if requested. What about Payments?
For all orders we require a 50% deposit to begin production
with the balance due prior to shipping. For smaller orders (less
than $1500) we request 100% payment in advance.
We accept Wire Transfers (TT) and Letters of Credit (L/C)
with Wire Transfers being your most economical option - lower
fees. In the case of Letters of Credit there is a $10,000 USD
minimum and they must be "Negotiable" in Bangkok, Thailand.

What Shipping Options are available?
Air or Sea, its your choice and we take care of all the
rest. Of course if you have a preferred shipper or shipping
method, please let us know and we will do are utmost to
accommodate your wishes.
Do you do Custom Designs?
Yes, many of our customers request custom designs and we
have a form designed specifically for this. We will produce a
sample at the Retail cost of the goods with the Retail amount credited back to you on
your first Wholesale order.
Do you sell samples?
Yes, samples are available for the Retail cost of the goods. The Retail amount will be credited back to you on your first Wholesale order.
How about Product Labels?
We include free of charge "Made In Thailand" labels and can
produce and attach any label of your choice. Again, please be
very specific with their design. In the case of a language other
than English we will need your translation.
How accurate are the Colors on your Web Site?
Very Accurate! Lanna Classic Design has its own Studio
Lighting system utilizing Nikon© Professional Imaging Equipment.
We use Adobe Photoshop CS2® and employ the Pantone® Colorvision®
Professional Color Calibration System on all our monitors.
Do you have a Disclaimer?
Lanna Classic Design will make every effort to insure the
item’s you receive are identical to the items you order. All our
items are handmade and individually crafted so please be aware
there may be “very slight” variations in dye lots, size or
texture. We are very serious about quality so when we say "very
slight", we really do mean it!
What Privacy measures are in effect?
Lanna Classic Design will NEVER disclose any personally
identifiable information (name, address, phone number, e-mail
address, etc.) to any third party unless required to do so by
law. You will NEVER be Spamed on our account!
